Left border disappearing when switch is inside a modal (Chrome)

In Chrome when inside a modal the left border of a switch can disappear depending on the width of the window.

Resizing the 'Result' window above 768px causes the left border of the switch to flicker in and out.

Can be fixed by adding any z-index to .bootstrap-switch, ie:
.bootstrap-switch { z-index: 0; }
