for whenever we don't want to normalize the genotypes before using them in simphenotype

also, we might want to consider allowing multiple heritabilities to be specified? in that case, we could add a different phenotype to the output .pheno file for each heritability
this would be sorta like what we do with the replications argument except it would be for multiple heritabilities instead of multiple replications
