Merging this now, will review with @jupiter007 when she returns from vacation. Minor changes to a Rake task that runs via CRON on the first of the month.

I deployed this code and manually kicked off the job on stage and can see that it is updating the table.

Deploying to prod today to take advantage of the job that will run tonight. Need to check the registry_orgs table to verify it ran in the morning.
