Documenting the existing processing system.

• This is needed for its own sake, but also something that Steph will want for her paper and poster, so high priority
• Also: RR to review logger code for publication

Working towards L1 1.0, ongoing, medium priority:

• Work with Roy, keeping SP and SC in the loop, on ‘oddities’ like the 1min and 5min tables 1min and 5min TEMPEST data #112
• Maybe rework the design table approach, based on conversation today Rework design table and L1 column structure #124
• Versioning rules in the README, and work to have accurate data contributor entries
• Finish bounds table
• Code examples for working with L1 data

Put starter pieces in for L2, lower priority for now

• Basic algorithmic QA/QC
• Flag propagation
• Think about reshaping and retaining hashes
• Assembly of sample L2 outputs
