Deliverable_1.pdf is our TEAM INTRODUCTION including our team’s name, logo, a picture of the entire team and our biographies. Our Team Agreement is also included.
Deliverable_2.pdf is our final draft of our personas and user_stories.
Deliverable_3.pdf includes our productive environment, product backlog, release plan and sprint plan. We also add our retrospection and high-level architecture. In this deliverable, you can see we made a lot of changes in our user stories and sorted them with priority and gave them a story point.
Deliverable_4.pdf includes our product backlog, release plan, sprint plan and our changes from d3 to d4. We also include our validation evidence and system design in our Deliverable_4_Appendix which you can find under team_deliverable
Deliverable_5.pdf includes our product backlog, release plan, sprint plan, system components and our changes from d4 to d5. And this deliverable ends up with our final release: https://pickeasy-beta.herokuapp.com/

The folder product_backlog contains all versions of our team personas and user stories.
The folder sprint_backlog records our weekly sprint showing what we are currently doing.
The folder software_process records our process when developing the software.
The folder demo3 is our current tested web application. You can always see the latest version in certain branch.
master branch is what for release which has approved by clients.
Development branch is what we have done code review and unit tests but pending to be approved by clients.
S### or T### is our task id which you can see on our task board. Each one corresponds to a user story.
F### is our fix id, used for bugfix.
