Bugfix and minor improvement release

This release:

1. Attempts to tweak angles to be more accurate to the original.
2. Fixes some major bugs in the level editor.
3. Implements colored background (must be customized by editing bt.ini by hand).
4. Improves deleting cheat text in the cheat code box.
