Welcome to the wiki for Mixed-fishery Multi-stock Evaluation (MixME), a framework for mixed fisheries Management Strategy Evaluation (MSE).
The wiki is a mix between a user manual and a collection of tutorials for MixME. The 'User Manual' pages cover the structure and definitions of inputs and outputs for MixME simulations, and the range of built-in options that can be used in simulations. For a quick overview of MixME, a good place to start is here. The 'Tutorial' pages cover the set-up, running and analysis of simulations. MixME can simulate a range of fisheries systems - from a single fleet catching a single stock to multiple fleets competing to catch multiple stocks - and evaluate a range of management strategies - from simple constant catch rules to model-based management. To jump into your assembling your first MixME simulation, go here.
MixME is under active development and a list of features to be added to the package can be found here.
