There are some minor refactorings to the Windows-CI:
conanfrom pip (same as in pajlada/settings).conanto a specific version (currently 2.0.2 due to [bug] 'Paths don't have the same drive' error when testing the package on Windows with Conan 2.0.3 conan-io/conan#13606 - not sure when 2.0.4 will be released, but it will be released on pip earlier).
