背景

当将VC-LTL编译32位的单元测试DLL启动时，会发现_CxxThrowException@8被导入，而CRT其实是_CxxThrowException。

跟踪发现vcruntime.msvcrt里的LibMaker 的CopyLibType长度解析错误。

修复

需要更新LibMaker 工具解决。
