Create option for holiday inclusion / exclusion

This can be another extension of the Factor class, but will likely be a little complicated because the current pre-flight checks of TravelTimeQuery validity/coverage will require data from the server.

There will be only three options for this one:

• include holidays
• exclude holidays
• both of the above
