Cody doesn't recognize her quest's completion

Describe the bug

In the mission "Find the Gun", where you retrieve the KORD rifle to makeup with the gunsmith, the quest can be turned in to Cody as normal, but if you go through her dialog again, and ask "is there anything I can do?" she'll give the quest again. The other major issue is that if you give the Kord rifle to the gunsmith first, she won't recognize the quest as being completed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Find the Artisans
2. Talk to Cody, and go through her dialogue and receive the quest.
3. Retrieve the weapon from the gun show.
4. Return to Cody with the gun, quest completes.
5. Immediately go through her dialog again.
6. She will offer you the quest again.
7. Talk to her while holding the rifle, and it completes.
8. Repeat ad nauseam

Expected behavior

Cody acknowledges the quest's completion and doesn't give it to you again.
