Summary
Mods "[Xedra Evolved] Add more Selkie powers"
Purpose of change
Continuing my expansion of changelings.
Describe the solution
Add more powers to selkies:
6. Call down lightning bolts if they're outside in a rainstorm or worse weather.(saved for part 2)I'm making this a generic framework so I should be able to extend it to (for example) Magiclysm stormshapers so they will, at long last, be able to shape storms.
- Beguile humans (shared with noble changelings).- Custom Dex, Per, and Int raising traits.- Post-threshold ability to make a sealskin. This is a one-time only event--the recipes is lost once you do it. Carrying the skin gives you higher mana regen, hp regen (not in combat time), and boosts your health, and if you wear it you turn into a seal. Once you've made the skin, though, if you're not carrying it your health slowly goes down and your mana regen is cut by a lot. So, it's up to you whether it's worth it.(all saved for part 2)

Testing
Weather spells work and stage the weather up and down appropriately. Lightning storms cannot be overriden.
Additional context
This is going to need a part 2 with how many lines weather control takes up.
