.nuspec file? #10

Good day,
As you are aware, I am no longer actively maintaining the AGauge project.
My suggestion is that you continue to grow this project the way you would
like it to be, feel free.
Just like how I made the changes from the original author A.J Bauer with
his permission.
Regarding the NuGet Package, I'm not the one who first published the AGauge
package. We had try to contact the publisher in the past but received no
response.
So, feel free to publish a new package as you wish.
A small request, let me know when you had published your new package. Allow
me to include a link for the new NuGet package and your working branch to
my blog as there are still many users interested in this.
Regards,
Code Artist

Greetings,
Thank you for merging my last PR; I'm glad you're still willing to accept
contributions to keep this project going. I've been making some changes
here and there in my fork, but my ultimate goal is to fix a bug
<nutdotnet/WinNUT-Client#18> where the gauge
major tick marks sometimes are drawn past the end of the gauge.
I'd like to take you up on your offer to make an official release as I'd
also like to switch WinNUT back to using AGauge as a nuget dependency, with
a modified gauge class. Do you have an original .nuspec file, or are you
fine with me generating one for upload to NuGet?
