webOS/Chromecast/Apple TV: After playing audio/video, tap on "Stop" tab does not disable Play/Pause/FF/Rwd tabs

Play audio/video>>tap on "Stop" tab>>Play/Pause/Rwd/FF tabs should be disabled.

OK, I was able to reproduce this and can see where the issue is. This is a logic issue in the sampler, not an SDK bug.

Re-tested on: Sampler app version:1.3.2(updated)

Issue is not reproducible but now tapping on "Stop" tab also disable "Close" tab. As per Henry ("Close" tab should not be disabled).

OK, I will address this in a future release, but it's not an SDK issue, so
we can release 1.3.2 without addressing it beforehand.
