Means of setting info_func entry in the extension data #442

I'm just starting with PHP-CPP so bear with me if I'm missing something obvious.
I do not see any way of setting the info_func entry in the extension data. This is
used by phpinfo() and related functionality to display ini settings for example.
I suppose it should not be too hard to add, so maybe I will create a PR for this if
there is any interest.
