Summary

  • Updated minimum version of CMake
  • Added -w and -std=c++17 flags
  • Cleaned up FFTW build/locate commands
  • Changed byte to cbyte in various libtools files to avoid conflict with std::byte
  • Added CI tests via GitHub actions
