name(ds) needs to be sanitized #204

The default behavior is to use name(ds) for the codebook output file. However, often there are special characters like ( / + and others. This can cause an error when attempting to write the resulting tex file to disk.

  • Sanitize the name
  • Provide a parameter where the user can specify their own file name
