Build Omaha Client in semi automatic mode

We've created our installer which automates the majority of steps on setting up a development environment. You can download it here. It installs all the tools, downloads Omaha, Breakpad, and googletest and sets all environment variables.

Launch build_omaha.bat to build Omaha Client after the installation.

Please, don't forget to customize Omaha Client because, initially, Omaha builds "Google Update" which communicates with Google's update servers. Please, see more information about this process in the Customization section.
