ActionBarToggle is modified version ActionBarDrawerToggle which can be used with ActionBarSherlock
and also not just DrawerLayout but also SlidingPaneLayout
ActionBarToggle has in-built support for:
- DrawerLayout
- SlidingPaneLayout
- No View (just want the new glyph to replace the up carot)
