I'm abstracting ApiContext and ServeSession out of the explanation here because it works much smoother this way. The behavior of these paragraphs is ServeSession, and ApiContext is just the helper module for talking to the web server. InstanceMap and Reconciler are the only things here that are core behavior containers that need to be named in this surface level doc.
