Now I was able to build it and got Rancher OS 1.3.0 working on Pi 3B+ with this (it boots and network works). |

Should add support for Raspberry Pi 3B+ but I was not able to test (yet) because build fails on Windows machine and I don't have Mac/Linux machine for now.
