Includes auth endpoints from djangorestframework-jwt, as well as a new endpoint that provides a JWT on valid session authentication, as consumed by Duke-GCB/drf-ember-frontend#4 and Duke-GCB/drf-ember-frontend#2
Consuming applications that import the gcb_web_auth urls will get these endpoints
