Parametrizes the client.annotation-concurrency test to optionally take
in the matrix size and iteration count. Changes the 4 drcachesim
tests that use this application to pass in a 128 size and 5
iterations, instead of the default 512 and 10, shrinking their
execution time by 7x.

Travis failed the TLB-thread test but when I paste the Travis output into a script and compare it to the regex, it passes! @$@(*&%? So why does Travis have it not matching??

I relaxed the template and now it passes, but it is still a mystery as to why it didn't before: is there really some cmake regex difference? Is the downloaded log somehow not containing some whitespace difference? In any case, the only Travis failure now is a flak: linux.fib-conflict-early #3406 . Appveyor is #4058.
