Basically loose the conditions to make the yaml more robust and be able to install the gwas-sumstats-tools 0.1.3a0 without invoking any conflicts.
When I tried to create a new conda env using your yaml things got messy with a lot of conflicts, so I loose it a little.
Hope that you guys could take a look at it. Also, I did make a discussion asking for the guide to use your pipeline but wel... no one has responded yet. Please help me. Thank you.
