とり急ぎの不具合修正

実装に関する補足(Appendix)

詳細な課税規則は考慮していない
本来は CalculateService で実装すべきだが、とり急ぎ FormType で実装

テスト（Test)

受注管理画面のみ対象


          明細の集計方法を修正
