A lot of sources are directly exposed in institutions websites or through APIs. Therefore, supporting these methods would be a nice addition to the harvesting methods while it will allow for more sustainable connections.

In the first case, files exposed in the institution's webpage, it will be enough to provide a list of URIs and get the resources.

In the second case, the APIs, we would need to think of a system that could harvest these endpoints in a flexible way.

Add a way of 'harvesting' a set of files via a list of URLs

Since there was too much duplication in the different methods for
CRUDing harvest configurations these have been combined into a
single controller which dispatches to the appropriate service as
necessary.

On the frontend there is also a new way of resizing certain modal
dialogs and some other UI tweaks.
