Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently our schema repr shows the "header" of our dataframe repr:

However, this can be challenging to work with, especially when there are many columns causing certain fields to be hidden

Instead, we could have a custom schema repr, potentially even giving us better, cleaner hierarchical reprs of our nested types (e.g. lists and structs)
