Well ran into the bug where one needed to install gzip manually on windows, but the script gzip.ps1 seemed to work fine, so I did some small modification by enabling policy for only running the gzip.ps1 once, which was what I assume is the problem, currently works on my windows 10 machine and should fix #206, no more need for manual installation and hacks of getting gzip in system.
