Make Your Emulator Push Notification Ready

Install Google Repository and Google Play Services with Android Standalone SDK Manager: Settings -> Android SDK Manager -> Launch Standalone SDK Manager
Emulator must have Google API target (see target field of Tools -> Android -> AVD Manager)
Log into your Google account in the emulator
