Also make classes private/package protected if they do not need to be exposed. Consider extensions that we have made in fortnox project though, so we don't lock down that.

Added checkstyle and fixed the initial batch of warnings for #10

I temporarily disabled the parts that validate Javadocs since we will
handle that later in #8.

I left the configuration of checkstyle rules for javadocs commented out, so whoever does this can turn those back on when we have docs ready :)
