About The Pull Request

So this PR fixes the Knight Sergent spawn.

This PR also adds and modify a few things in the NCR / BOS / Legion bases.

NCR :

  • All soldiers spawn in dorms and rooms.
  • Spare Uniforms have been added to the underground.
  • Dress Uniforms has been added in dorms and rooms.
  • Medals, and Pins have been added to the captain office, for promotion.
  • MP building floor has been revamped.
  • Clinic Upper Floor has been revamped. They are both less empty.
    -Primitive farming gear has been added to the NCR farm.
  • Adds two 1500 u Fuel tank near the trucks and near the vertibird. The vertibird recharger has been removed tho.

Brotherhood :

  • Acces Issue for the Paladin Commander has been fixed.
  • Pins and medals has been added in the Ranking Officer office.
  • Scribes have their own doorms now.
  • Doorms crate and room closet have alternative BoS clothes, but also dress uniforms
  • Adds two 1500 u Fuel tank near the trucks and near the vertibirds.

Legion :

  • Trophy in the Centurion Room, to congratulate warriors.
  • Adds two 1500 u Fuel tank near the chariots and near the balloon.
