v0.2.2 - Hotkey Indicator

Same as v0.2.2, except the UEFI/BIOS Hotkey mode commands will turn the backlight red (on) or white (off).
Useful for debugging the hotkey mode.
Only makes sense on RGB backlight keyboards, such as ANSI keyboard and macropad.
