No expert here, perhaps they treat user agents differently. |
That was my original thought so I also tried passing a user agent and it had no affect |

Anything over a couple hundred milliseconds is probably unreasonable. I have sent an email to their contact but being it is a free service they may not be overly responsive. It is on them for the time being. I recommend using another source or maybe contact them yourself if you wish |
