Problem Description

Followup to: #3203 (comment)

The idea is to implement an automatic normalization of audio volume, to avoid too loud or too quiet audio in videos.

Proposed Solution

Alternatives Considered

There are no real alternatives, I guess.

Though I proposed in #3203 (comment) to at least implement an option to always use the default loudness (set in the options) when unmuting and if the actual set loudness is higher than the default value.
