Move music credits to music folder
Remove old changelog
Remove link to old forum thread, we could keep it for posterity but I think crediting Skybreach is enough
Rename CONTENTS to CC-Sounds which will the name of the Soundpack untill something better comes along (or forever)
Move soundpack inside a sound folder in case we ever start working on more than one pack
