Having sounds under NC licence will make it more difficult to get the soundpack included with the game, so I'm replacing the ones we have with others that have more permissive licences.
PLus I think having NC sounds probably actually makes the soundpack NC and that's not properly signalled right now so this is also a more genral fix for the project
