"validate_audio.py" now has execute permission #62

Gave ./tools/validate_audio.py the "execute" permission as the other files have.

*nix systems by default have file permissions, one of them being "execute", which determines if a file can run whatever code it has under normal circumstances. "validate_audio.py" didn't have the permission, so a user of those systems would have to manually elevate it themselves before being able to use it, this fixes that. The other tools have the permission already.
