This is a horror map with themes of sexual abuse and violence. This repository contains the following the sound files which may be triggering to some people:

Many of the custom assets have a restricted licenses in regards to sharing so they are excluded from this repository and will show up in the map as red outlines. Much of the logic is done through relays and triggers or scripting so this should not impact learning. If the red outlines are annoying you can select the object and replace or remove the model in its properties.
https://freepbr.com/ has kindly allowed me to upload their textures to this repository so walls and floors using them should not appear as red outlines. They offer really great high quality PBR textures including some that I couldn't find anywhere else.
