As Kyuuhachi/syn_derive#5 (comment) got addressed and near/borsh-rs#318 merged only thing left is to fix #6702 to merge this PR. |

Description
closes #6504.
This PR starts the process of removing all dependencies to
proc-macro-errorsand moves them toproc-macro-errors2which is the maintained fork of it. Mainly bumps some dependencies to achieve it but the problem is rust-ipfs-api crate which is not maintained anymore. I am planning to fork it and remove the dependency on multiaddr v0.17 which will also remove the final dependency onproc-macro-errors
