RTHybrid Genetic

           

• RTHybrid with a genetic algorithm to search the dynamical invariant in the carcinus maenas pyloric CPG

• Only xml mode can be used (Graphic User Interface / GUI not adapted)

• Genetic algorithm is programed in python and take the control on the RTHybrid core program

Changes

• RTHybrid core funcionality and code is not altered

• Python codes genetico_rt.py, genetico_xml.py and invariante.py implements the genetic algorithm

• Experiments are automatically launch using the XML mode from RTHybrid

• The python codes create the experiment XML files for RTHybrid

• The code also read the result from the experiments

• The python code evaluate the dynamical invariant as part of the genetic evolution of the individuals
