This repository contains a customizable, Picasso-inspired webpage template. It features a vibrant color scheme, abstract shapes, and a responsive design, perfect for creating an artistic and modern web presence.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Installation

  1. Clone this repository or download the ZIP file and extract it to your desired location.
  2. Open the index.html file in your text editor.

Usage

Customizing Content

  1. Website Title and Name:

    • Replace <!-- PLACEHOLDER: Your Website Title --> with your desired website title.
    • Replace <!-- PLACEHOLDER: Your Website Name --> with your website's name.
  2. Navigation Menu:

    • Modify the <li> elements in the <nav> section to create your menu structure.
    • Update the href attributes to match your section IDs.
  3. Logo:

    • Replace your_logo.png with the path to your actual logo image.
    • Update the alt text to describe your logo.
  4. Content Sections:

    • For each section:
      • Replace <!-- PLACEHOLDER: Section X Title --> with your section title.
      • Replace <!-- PLACEHOLDER: Section X description --> with a brief description of the section.
      • Add your specific content where indicated by <!-- PLACEHOLDER: Add your content for Section X here -->.
    • To add more sections, copy an existing <section> element and modify as needed.
  5. Footer:

    • Update the copyright information with your details and the current year.

Customizing Style

  1. Color Scheme:

    • Modify the color variables in the :root section of the CSS to match your brand colors.
  2. Abstract Shapes:

    • Adjust the positions, sizes, and colors of the abstract shapes by modifying the inline styles of the <div class="shape"> elements.
  3. Typography:

    • Change the font-family in the body selector to use your preferred fonts.
  4. Layout:

    • Modify the max-width of the .container class to adjust the overall width of the content.

Adding New Features

To add new features or sections:

  1. Create a new <section> element within the <main> tag.
  2. Add appropriate headings, paragraphs, and other HTML elements as needed.
  3. Include abstract shapes to maintain the Picasso-inspired theme.
  4. Add any necessary CSS styles to the <style> section in the <head>.

Testing

After making changes:

  1. Save the index.html file.
  2. Open the file in a web browser to see your changes.
  3. Test the responsiveness by resizing your browser window.
  4. Ensure all links and interactive elements work as expected.

Deployment

To deploy your webpage:

  1. Upload the index.html file and any associated assets (images, additional CSS or JS files) to your web hosting service.
