I invested time and effort in this PR and would appreciate it being addressed. I was initially eager to contribute more by resolving open issues, but decided not to due to the lack of response on this PR. |

Replaces the plaintext input text field for project descriptions with a feature-rich TinyMCE's HTML editor, whose input gets sanitized using the bleach template filter.
