Edits ACE spectator to:

  • allow the max view disatnce to = the max stbale view distance, similar to the ace-viewdistance pull request
  • Stop ace spectator for changing the players view distance on death. Simply caching it so it can be properly reset apon leaving specator (as its changeable via hotkeys, pg-Up, pg-dwn).

Dont overide current view distance on death, but keep cache so distance is reset on spectator close (as distance can be changed by clients in spectator with hotkeys)
