This is a good example of a snapshot gatherer where events are stored and emitted at the end of gathering when
CSS.enableis called. This could be used to allow gatherers such asjs-usageto run in snapshot mode as well.There was no unit tests for this, so I used this as an opportunity to use the FR mock driver.
