What is the best way to upscale?

so i have a problem where when i use input image with high resolution, ReActor will give me output with blurry face. And if i use low resolution on ReActor input and try to upscale the image using upscaler like ultimate upscale or iterative upscale, it will change the face too

Is there way to get ReActor output but with high resolution like 4K? what upscaling method should i use?
