What
Add tooltips to multiblocks that are weather-proof, just like that for singleblock machines.
Also changed the tooltip to yellow for better visibility.
Implementation Details
Copying over the codes from TieredMTE class to MTE class.
Outcome
idk if it's better to move this directly to MetaTileEntity class, if it's considerer a better practice just tell me.donePotential Compatibility Issues
