Currently the unit of measure has to be selected for each phenotype separately.

Two possiblities:

  1. Allows the user to specify the unit of measure in the CSV file (easy)
  2. Implement batch editing in the UI (hard)

It allows use to upload many phenotypes without specifying the unit of measure.
The publishing workflow (#87) needs to make sure that unit of measure is specified.
