Make topoclustering work with new theta-module merged readout (#63)

* Âcomment unneeded code

* add xml files for calibration of latest FCCee ALLEGRO detector version with 1545 modules and module-theta readout

* move some printout before the assert to easier debugging

* modify LAr gap thickness to have 1536 modules

* remove extra spaces

* remove debug code. Add case of diagonal neighbours

* fix calculation of diagonal cells, simplify and document code

* cleanup

* add comment
