NPL Jsonld for POC

I have initiated NonPerformingLoan jsonld for POC.
More properties & classes to be added are under discussion.

Some suggestions to make the initial spec both simpler and spanning more data types:

Counterparty Class

• remove (corporateborrower, individualborrower, borrower subclasses) and just keep counterparty as the high level borrower class
• add counterparty LEI (legal entity identifier - string data type) as standard example of linking with other databases https://www.openriskmanual.org/ns/nplo.owl#has_legal_entity_identifier (see also here for more background)
• add counterparty total assets as a numerical example (https://www.openriskmanual.org/ns/nplo/index-en.html#has_total_assets)
• add counteparty date of incorporation as date example (https://www.openriskmanual.org/ns/nplo/index-en.html#has_date_of_incorporation)

Loan Class

• add Loan total balance (https://www.openriskmanual.org/ns/nplo.owl#has_total_balance) as a numerical example that can be compared with total assets as illustration of financial ratios
• add Loan channel of origination (https://www.openriskmanual.org/ns/nplo.owl#has_channel_of_origination) as an example of a choice field (list of values)
