Docs:

Air pollution emitted from charcoal grill restaurants (92.5% of the particulate matter was found to have a mean diameter size of less than 3ugm) https://doi.org/10.1080/00022470.1977.10470466

Polluted air carries Corona virus https://amp.theguardian.com/environment/2020/apr/24/coronavirus-detected-particles-air-pollution

Charcoal grills for cooking meat and fish are not permitted inside restaurants as the government has not included charcoal grills in its list of exempt appliances (seems maybe out of date?) https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/printpdf/231

Field evaluation of low-cost particulate matter sensors in high- and low-concentration environments https://www.atmos-meas-tech.net/11/4823/2018/amt-11-4823-2018.pdf

Sensors used: Common cheap ones are PMS5003/PMS7003 and sds011 etc. Some discussion: https://forum.mysensors.org/topic/9317/which-dust-sensor-do-you-use-and-why/16
